Stock management

Stock management

One of the challenges a food bank has is to have a clear view of the stock that they hold. Foodbank staff and the volunteers spend a lot of time on keeping track of the inventory to get a clear view of how many needy people can be helped.

Foodbank manager makes stock management fast and accurate by providing data instantaneously about what stock is running low and hence maintaining the right level of inventory to be able to help people. The system calculates how many food parcels can be created with the stock available hence allowing the Foodbanks to take action at the right time.

Full control of the data

As the data is vital for any Foodbank, it is imperative that access to the data is strictly controlled. The Foodbank manager has different levels of access that allows the administrator to control precisely who can see, edit and delete the data. The staff members and the volunteers can be given different levels of access to ensure that only the authorised personnel can make the changes.
